Michigan State University is searching for an Assistant Rowing Coach.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Head Coach with the Varsity & Novice programs.
Assist with all aspects of on and off campus recruiting as recruiting coordinator
Assist in the organization of team training, practice sessions and competition
Assist in the planning of fund raising and alumni relations activities
Assist in planning of team travel
Assist with facility and equipment issues
Other duties as assigned by head coach
Bachelor's degree; 5 years coaching experience at a highly competitive collegiate or private club level; Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with prospective student-athletes, student-athletes, staff and University personnel; Candidate must display a commitment to responsibility for adhering to all the policies, rules and regulations of MSU, the Big Ten Conference, and the NCAA.
