Baylor University Athletics is seeking an Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Annual Giving. This position serves in the ticket sales center and assists with ticket sales and annual giving. The individual selected for this position must be an effective communicator and have strong customer service skills when working with the public. We need a true team player mentality and someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
An Associates Degree and one year of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor's Degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred.
What You Will Do
Ticket Sales Operations: Provide assistance to the athletic ticket sales center for premium and non-premium sales for all ticketed venues.
Annual Giving: Provide assistance in the acquisition and stewardship of new Bear Foundation members.
Customer Service: Provide event assistance for all ticket-related issues and assist with Ticket Office and Baylor Bear Foundation ticket fulfillment.
Communication: Maintain communication with key constituents relative to ticket sales issues. 10.00 %
