The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX seeks a Creative Content Coordinator to join the Athletics Department. Position is responsible forthe daily production of visual and creative products and outputs for theUIWAthletics Department. Position oversees a project management system for incoming requests and generates high-quality videos and graphics that follow University and Athletics brand standards. Position is tasked with creating print collateral, engaging videos, digital graphics, web and social media content. Position reports to the Assistant Director of Brand Engagement.

JOB DUTIES Develops brand strategy and provides creative concepts and designs for variousUIWAthletics campaigns. Ensures consistency in brand guidelines and messaging related to content and posting. Executes video and graphic design content forUIWAthletics and its individual sports, ensuring proper management of sensitive equipment. Creates videos to highlight, recap, and promote various sports, endeavors, and events. Assists External Relations team by producing creative content for social media, recruiting, ticket sales, marketing, in-game promotions, and video boards. Initiates and executes creative services project management system to ensure effective and efficient coordination between External Relations team and requestors. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Videography, Photography, Graphic Design or related field AND one year of experience in Creative Media Services. Experience may include internship, graduate assistantship, or full-time experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Include: experience with Adobe Creative Suite-specifically Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects; knowledge of video production, including but not limited to filming, non-linear editing, color correction, and audio editing; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to enhance external relations team effectiveness through dependability; ability and willingness to follow the Mission of the University; ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
