Graceland University is seeking a full-time, 12 month Head Men’s/Women's Track & Field Coach on the Lamoni, IA campus. This position will be responsible for all aspects related to the delivery of the Men’s/Women's Track & Field programs and their compliance with the rules and policies of Graceland University, Heart of America Athletic Conference and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to recruiting and retaining prospective and current athletes, budgeting, scheduling practices and competition and training of all athletes in the program as well as additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, proven recruiting experience, 3 years collegiate coaching experience and a successful completion of background check in accordance to Graceland University policy. Master’s degree, previous collegiate head coaching and proven recruiting experience at the Collegiate level is preferred.
