* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. 5 years coaching experience required; competitive soccer experience preferred. * Responsibilities: Northern State is accepting applications for a full-time head women’s soccer coach to lead and elevate a program to the top of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) and NCAA Division II. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading the day to day operations of the program, practice and season planning, the recruitment of high-level student-athletes, player development and student-athlete welfare, game scheduling, travel coordination, budget management, compliance with NSIC/NCAA rules, equipment purchasing and fundraising. NSU recently completed the $6.5 million Athletic and Recreation Fields Complex, which features over 220,000 square feet of turf and the premier women’s soccer complex in Division II, and one of the best facilities in the entire Midwest.
