What We Are Looking For Baylor University is seeking an Assistant/Associate Director of Football Visual Media to help build and promote the Baylor Football brand through engaging and high impact social and video media content creation. The ideal candidate for this position will be skilled in graphic design, art conceptualization, photography, and communications. What You Will Do Still Graphics: Serve as the lead designer (content generator) for select static graphics for distribution on varying mediums and platforms. Art Direction: Assist in the direction of clear ideas and concepts in coordination with members of the football and all-sport creative teams. Ensure the direction of cohesive, brand-compliant initiatives that appeal to the target audience. Photography: Use artistic knowledge to shoot and compose high-quality professional photos in studio and on location. Communication: Maintain communication with student workforce, coaches and administration relative to creative content.

A Bachelor's degree and less than one year of relevant work experience are required. Three years of relevant work experience are preferred. Recent and May 2021 college graduates are encouraged to apply. No experience equivalency will be considered in lieu of the education requirement.
