Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Acknowledge and understand the commitment as support staff vs. team member;
• Assist in the organization and implementation of team training, practice sessions and home competitions; including but not restricted to moving mats, setting bars and setting/pulling springboards
• Assist with coordinating specific aspects of team travel with assistant coaches
• Accompany team to all meets, special events and community outreach activities
• Assist with the process of recruitment through email correspondence and unofficial/official visits, including organizing and participating in campus tours/visits
• Assist in planning of fund-raising and alumni relations activities
• Assist with facility and equipment management, including currently necessary standard Covid sanitizing methods and protocols
• Participate in the development and implementation of the summer camp program
• Participate in all “Perfect 10 Boosters Club” meetings and activities
• Coordinate and develop promotional aspects of marketing the program with Marketing Department through all platforms of social media
• Demonstrate a sincere interest in the social, emotional, academic development as well as athletic welfare of the student-athletes
• Other duties as assigned by Head Coach
