Capital University’s Athletic Department anticipates hiring a Head Coach to oversee its Cross Country and Track and Field programs for 2021-2022. The primary purpose of this position is the management of the Capital University Cross Country and Track and Field programs. The responsibilities include recruiting student-athletes, teaching technical aspects of cross country and track and field events along with practice and game preparation, providing oversight to all administrative areas of the program, i.e. managing academic progress of student-athletes, budgeting, supervision of assistant coaches, facility and weight room supervision, game and travel scheduling, etc. Capital University is committed to increasing the diversity of the Capital community and curriculum.
