Develop a new Women’s basketball program. Adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures in the Scotland Campus athletics department. Recruit, retain, and monitor student-athletes who are preparing for the academic demands required of students working towards scholarships at colleges and universities. Maintain budgetary responsibilities, review budget summary, and operate within budget constraints. Coordinate all expenditures and commitments with the Athletic Director to ensure fund approval and availability. Oversee and monitor all budgeting, program operation, and fundraising. Adhere to departmental procedures relative to purchasing and travel expenditures. Coordinate competition schedules with the Athletic Director. Schedule facilities as needed. The head coach is directly responsible for the actions of each assigned assistant and volunteer coach. Participate in public relation activities and work closely with Scotland Campus and our academic partners.

Must fit and embrace our Christian culture and have a passion for the sport, and the development and maturity of the student/athlete.

Must have a track record in starting and building a viable program.

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: We are tuition based and our budgets are based upon student enrollment.

We are looking to start a women's basketball team. The right candidate will share our values, passion for helping student's achieve their dreams able to recruit, and excel in the full scope of coaching and team management.
