Kansas Athletics Inc, is seeking an Assistantship to act as the Coordinator who will work on projects in various areas of KU LEADS including but not limited to planning special events and performing clerical duties such as data entry and general office support duties. The position works closely with a team of administrators, professional staff, and other graduate students. This position is a full-time one-year Assistantship role, with the potential to renew for a second year.
Expected Start Date: July 1, 2021
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university;
Acceptance and continued enrollment in a graduate program at the University of Kansas;
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills;
Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, and great attention to detail;
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed;
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and/or collaboratively as a member of a team or committee.
Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Communications, or related academic field;
Former University of Kansas student-athlete;
Experience as an intercollegiate athlete or coach.
