Reporting to the Head Football Coach, the Assistant Coach – Offensive Line is responsible for coaching and managing players and assisting in all operational aspects of the varsity football program. This includes organizing practice schedules, overseeing PT staff, creating clinic/camp opportunities for prospects, organizing team meals, cash advances, transportation, and travel plans. This individual will also assist the head coach in developing a competitive NCAA Division III football program within the Centennial Conference competition, in the classroom, and in the community. The Assistant Coach will assist in monitoring the academic progress of student athletes, work on and off campus to recruit quality student athletes, assist with strength and conditioning programs, provide general counseling to athletes, and assist the Head Coach in fundraising and other related special projects.
