Valeo FC is currently looking to add experienced coaches to our player development staff.  We are currently looking for both head & assistant coaches for our program who can exemplify the "Valeo Way". Our coaches not only demand excellence but we develop excellence through positive feedback and by building confidence in each individual player.

Our coaches demonstrate the utmost professionalism, high understanding of the game and carry the highest level of passion for our club. All coaches must be committed to player development and to the club.  These positions provide development as a coach with room to grow and advance. 

About Our Club:

Valeo Futbol Club is a registered 501(c) (3) non-profit sports education and training organization focused on developing competitive athletes, outstanding citizens, and strong leaders.  We provide a challenging and rewarding environment that teaches the virtues of Teamwork, Discipline, Hard Work, Commitment, Respect and Leadership with our focus on player development.  Vale FC consists of two distinct, but equally important components: Valeo Futbol Academy and Vale Community (Inner City) Development.  Valeo Futbol Club trains both boys and girls from U8-U17 ages.

Valeo Boys Program:

The Boys program is designed to form boys U9 to U18 and they compete at the State, Regional, National and International level.  Our mission is to provide the best possible development environment for our players with a focus on individual player development with more training hours than most clubs with the infrastructure to support it.  We have a low player to coach ratios and a challenging environment for elite players.  We compete in the NEP and NPL leagues.  In addition to our premier and elite boys teams, we also provide an MLS Next Academy program. 

Valeo Inner City Program:

In addition to our boy's program, we also have an inner-city program that is designed to provide underprivileged youth with a rigorous soccer academy with supporting educational services through an afterschool program.  Our inner city program provides free year-round soccer including summer camps, winter futsal, and tournament participation with free transportation for players.  

Valeo Girls Program:

Valeo FC houses an elite girls soccer program that competes throughout Massachusetts and the New England region in the New England Premiership and the National Premiership League. Our girl's program is quickly becoming a destination point for high-level female soccer athletes. Our training program is one of a kind in the design of the training regimen and developmental curriculum.

Valeo FC provides a fun, intense and educational environment for our young athletes and strives to enhance growth opportunities that maximize player development.

Our teams range from U9-U17 and succeed at a very competitive level within the New England region. Valeo FC sustains a beautiful outdoor and indoor facility located in Newton, Massachusetts.
