Position Description
Assist in the planning and development of various daily business functions to facilitate fan engagement. Ensure the athletic organization maintains a favorable public and stakeholder perception while fulfilling the organization's strategic mission.



Major/Essential Functions
  • Oversee game day promotions for select fall and spring sports
  • Schedule and draft messages to promote athletic events to campus community
  • Assists in overseeing Raider Red’s Kids Club
  • Identify, contact and facilitate groups to attend athletics events (Take a Kid to Game / FCA)
  • Community Outreach with Youth Organizations (Leagues)
  • Manage and schedule National Anthem singers database
  • Creation and implementation of marketing and promotional programs for various sports
  • Assist Promotions and Fan Engagement unit to execute game day activities for fans
  • Perform other job duties and any other responsibilities as assigned
  • Comply with all NCAA, Big 12 and Texas Tech University rules, regulations and policies


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five years.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Division I gameday promotions experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Photoshop, Microsoft Office and similar software.
