Duties:

•Assessment and recruitment of appropriate student-athletes with excellent academic backgrounds to play at an NCAA Division I institution. •Assist in scouting and in-season film evaluation and breakdown. •Assist in the organization and planning of all special events. •Assist in fundraising and development activities. •Assist in continued development of positive public relations with alumni and the community. •Assist with competitive contests. •Assist in advising student-athletes. •Work closely with Sports Medicine for the care and prevention of athletic injuries and support the overall drug and alcohol education program for student-athletes. •Attend department meetings. •Other duties and special projects as assigned by the Athletic Administration and Head Baseball Coach. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. •Knowledge of and ability to abide by NCAA and Patriot League rules and regulations. •Three to five years’ college or professional coaching experience with pitchers preferred.

Salary: The position is full-time (12 months) and includes a competitive benefits package. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
