Assistant Athletic Trainer
University of Mount Olive
University of Mount Olive has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Athletic Trainer. Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering athletic training services to the student-athletes of the University of Mount Olive, including but not limited to: evaluation and treatment of injuries at practices and games, design and supervision of rehabilitation programs, administration of athletic training operations as assigned, and working with team doctors. Requires travel and work over holidays and weekends. This is a full-time (10-month; August 1 – May 31) position, with benefits. Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Candidate must be nationally certified and in good standing with the Board of Certification (BOC). CPR/AED and First Aid certification required. Licensed or eligible for licensing in the state of North Carolina required. Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and ability to work independently. College athletics experience preferred.
