The main purpose of the U13-19 Director of Coaching is to aide in various roles and responsibilities which will further develop programs, coaches, players & above all else, the club.  The basic duties and responsibilities are listed below to help provide a basic outline to help perform and complete tasks, but are not limited to only the items described.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Director & Lead U13-U19 Boys & Girls Travel Teams

• Head Coach Travel Level Teams within the U13-U19 Age Groups

1. Coordinate, Assist & Lead Travel Team Programming in the U13-U19 Age Groups

2. Adjust FFC Curriculum & Structure to meet the needs and abilities of Teams 

3. Provide Assistance to other Youth Coaches.

4. Coordinate additional Sessions to work with various Youth Teams.

5. Coordinate with Coaches, Players & Staff the sharing and using of Players..

6. Recommend players needing to move from Black & Red Level  Teams as needed.

7. Work with Staff to recommend level appropriate Tournaments & Events for Girls Teams.

8. Coordinate, Assist & Lead Coaches.

9. Develop & Propose new concepts or programs which may be implemented to aide in Team Tactical Development for U9-U12 Level Teams.

10. Implement Positive Feedback & Constructive Criticism to Players & Parents

11. Provide Feedback & Review to Staff of all U13-U19 Teams when requested
