Hiram College, established in 1850 as the Western Reserve Eclectic Institute, is a nationally respected private residential liberal arts college located 30 miles from Cleveland in the historic Western Reserve region of Ohio. The Head Coach Men’s Soccer position is a full-time, 10-month staff position which reports directly to the Director of Athletics. The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the Men’s Soccer Program, and includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

•Creating and communicating the vision of a program seeking to reach unprecedented levels of success •Attracting and retaining a highly supportive staff for assistance with implementation of the program vision •Successfully organizing and implementing a comprehensive recruiting and retention plan •Integrating the program into the campus community •Developing a vibrant summer camp program •Supervising practice and managing games •Management of program budget •Fundraising to support the program •Supporting student-athlete success in all areas of the student experience •Additional duties may include administrative roles and campus committee involvement
