Nicholls State University, a member of the University of Louisiana System and Southland Conference, is searching for an Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Administration. The position will coordinate all compliance needs for the University's Athletic Department, as well as potentially serve in other areas.

Minimum Requirements: College athletics compliance experience. Working knowledge of NCAA bylaws, interpretations and regulations, and an ability to communicate this to student-athletes, coaches, staff and other members of the community. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, computer and communications skills with an ability to multi-task. Must be detail-oriented and must be comfortable using various computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Banner, LSBDi, etc.). Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
