Position Summary: Applications are invited for consideration for the position of Head Men’s Golf Coach at Yeshiva University. This is a part-time position responsible for all aspects of leading an NCAA Division III men’s golf program. This includes but is not limited to: recruitment of prospective student-athletes, skills evaluation, on-course coaching, scheduling, purchasing of equipment, student-athlete development, and monitoring the academic status of student-athletes. The head coach will also be responsible for working with athletics staff to support and uphold the philosophy, goals and mission of both the university and the YU athletics program. •Bachelor’s degree required •A commitment to knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations •A minimum two years of collegiate coaching experience preferred, or three years as a teaching pro •Recruiting experience, a plus •Demonstrated ability to establish good rapport and effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, staff and alumni •Ability to work nights, weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule
