Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Responsible for management, direction and oversight of all aspects of a competitive, progressive strength and conditioning program for a 20-sport NCAA Division III athletics program; • Coordinate, implement, plan and manage all in-season and voluntary player development and strength conditioning including both team and individual programming; • Applicants must have the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with coaches to develop plan with respective sports; • Work within the budgetary guidelines and administer allotted operating resources to provide necessary program-related equipment and supplies; • Cooperate with athletic trainers to ensure student-athletes receive proper medical and physical training services. Pre and post rehab; • Ensure appropriate safety precautions are implemented and followed in all workouts; • Coordination of the scheduling of weight room; • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of weight room including equipment; • Communicate specific facility maintenance, repair, and renovation work orders in support of maintaining equipment; • Must be able to frequently work nights and weekends.

Bachelor’s Degree CPR Certification Must possess the knowledge and ability to design and implement strength and conditioning programs at the Division III level. Excellent communication skills, computer skills, and related experience in athletics required. A positive attitude, growth mindset, demonstrated enthusiasm, positive energy and the ability to communicate and work collaboratively with scholar athletes, coaching staff, and members of the campus community.
