Missouri Western State University invites applications for the position of head women’s soccer coach. The successful candidate will direct, plan, and manage the operation of the women’s soccer program including academic performance of student athletes, coaching and training, recruiting quality student-athletes, scheduling, budgeting, enhancing public relations, and assisting with fund-raising. Additional duties will be assigned by the Director of Athletics during the off-season to provide general support to the department. The position minimally requires a bachelor’s degree and substantial successful coaching and/or playing experience. Preference will be given to those candidates who have successful Division II coaching experience and knowledge of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA).
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and four years of successful coaching and/or playing experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
