Provide leadership for athletic academic services, tutorial services, and study tables; oversee academic progress of student-athletes and monitor NCAA eligibility requirements and progress toward graduation. Provide assistance to SAAS staff as needed, maintain consistent and open communication with coaches and staff; coordinate tracking and reporting system for student-athletes and team GPA information. Maintain thorough understanding and compliance with NCAA and MAC guidelines and regulations. Assist with SAAC events and organization.
Master’s degree required
5 years of experience in college student personnel, athletic academic advising, or athletic administration
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
Experience working with NCAA eligibility and academic requirements preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to prepare and present informational and educational programs to diverse audiences
