Hiram College invites applications for the position of Head Men's Volleyball Coach. Hiram College is a private liberal arts institution located in northeast Ohio. The College is a member of the North Coast Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III, while currently competing in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference for men's volleyball.
The Head Men's Volleyball position is a full time, 10-month staff position which reports to the Director of Athletics. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the men's varsity volleyball program to include: organizing and implementing a successful recruiting and retention plan for the program, supervising one graduate assistant coach, managing the program in accordance with department/college policies and procedures, and acting in accord with NCAC, NCAA, AMCC, and institutional rules and regulations. Additional duties may be assigned.

Bachelor's degree is required
Master's degree is preferred
Knowledge of all NCAA Division III Rules
Valid Ohio Driver's License
First Aid, AED & CPR Certifications are required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience with Front Rush software
Proficient with all forms of social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and guests
Attention to detail
Good time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
