Army West Point Athletic Association is seeking a full time Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach. The primary roles of the Assistant Coach will be to provide support to the Head Volleyball coach, assisting in recruiting duties, coaching and fine-tuning the technical skills of the players, aiding with camps and clinics, and to ensure compliance with all NCAA, Conference, and Academy guidelines. Duties also include reviewing player video for analysis, developing and implementing practice plans, and overall support to the entire team operation. The Assistant Coach will represent the team, organization, and Academy in a highly moral and professional manner at all times. Flexibility is required in accordance with practice, game, tournament, and recruiting schedules.
Experience playing and/or coaching at the collegiate level
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations pertaining to Women’s Volleyball
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must possess a high level of demonstrated professionalism
Must be detail oriented and able to multi task
A deep passion for leading and developing future officers of the United States Army
