The Middle Tennessee State University Athletics Department, a NCAA Division 1 program, is looking for an assistant tennis coach for the men’s tennis program. Position is either a 9-month part-time, or a Graduate Assistant position.
Duties for the position will include assisting with practice, recruiting, conditioning, on-court match coaching, scheduling, setup of team travel, scouting, and traveling with the team. Also, assist Head Coach is a variety of other projects for the program.

Baccalaureate degree required, master’s preferred; strong communication skills both written and oral; ability to organize and clearly document the recruitment process; ability to communicate and work effectively with enrolled students, administrators, alumni, and the college community. Prior experience in intercollegiate athletics as a player or coach preferred. Review of applicants will begin immediately. The position will remain open until filled.
