The Softball Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach with the organization, development and implementation of a competitive, a NCAA Division I women’s softball program that competes in the Ivy League. Preferred candidates should have experience planning, implementing & supervising hitting workouts. This part-time position will assist with maintain recruiting database and other recruiting communication.
The Assistant Coach will develop and maintain effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni and the general public and have knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to full academic development of student-athletes.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Four years’ experience coaching and/or competing at the NCAA level. Hitting coaching experience preferred.
