POSITION SUMMARY: The Head Men’s and Women’s Cross-Country/Track Coach will be responsible for leading the men’s and women’s cross- country and track programs. He/She will be responsible for guiding the University’s teams through their origination and development.
PRIMARY DUTIES: • Recruit quality student athletes who compete at a high level in both athletics and academics; • Develop practice and competition strategies, which allow the team to be successful; • Abide by all institutional, NCAA and MIAA Conference rules and regulations; • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics or the President of the University.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors Degree • Extensive knowledge of the sport of Cross Country/Track • Previous college coaching experience or high school head coaching experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree
