Randolph-Macon College, an NCAA Division III coed institution and member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, invites applicants for a 10-month Assistant Swim Coach for both the Men’s & Women’s Swim teams. Responsibilities: implementing a strength training and dryland program, recruiting, on-deck instruction and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and previous college varsity swimming at the college or university level required; previous coaching experience preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards. Position involves substantial weekend travel during the competition phase (October-February), mostly within Virginia.
