We’re looking for an experienced and creative Sales Manager who wants to be a part of the next big thing in sports and technology. You’ll help set the strategy and fuel our growth in the Western United States, reporting directly to our Sales Director. You are ideally situated in Southern California or the greater Phoenix area, but we are open to other locations for the right candidate.

This is a full-time sales position based in the Western United States.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for helping drive our sales initiatives & growth strategies in the West and your specific regions
You will be conducting on-site and remote product training and demos with potential customers – visiting sports academies, college and high school sports teams, coaches, players and more
You will become an expert in our technology and how to sell it to all levels of sport
You will help to generate leads and work closely with clients throughout the entire sales process
You will report directly to PlaySight’s West Coast Sales Director (located in Denver, CO)
Deep experience in sports preferred (playing, coaching, sales, technology)
2+ years of sales/business development experience required with a proven track record of building & generating leads, closing sales and exceeding quotas
College degree required, preferably in business or communications (Master’s degree a plus)
Experience with technology preferred and sports technology a major plus
You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented work environment
You ideally have some experience working remotely and are a self-starter and intuitive thinker
You are a confident speaker, outgoing personality and charismatic – excellent communication & presentation skills
Additional Salary Information: Salary dependent upon experience.
