Widener University is currently seeking highly qualified Associate head coach of Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Aquatics Director in Athletics. The coach will be responsible for all aspects of the program, including operations and care for the Schwartz Natatorium, under the direct supervision of the Director of Athletics. This position is a temporary position from July 2019- March 2020. The head coach will develop and manage an NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Swimming program in accordance with NCAA
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, collegiate coaching experience and a valid driver’s license. The successful candidate must show experience in recruiting and retention of student-athletes and student-athlete academic monitoring. Preference will be given to candidates who have a Master’s degree.
