Summary Description: Colorado College seeks an assistant men’s and women’s swimming coach, who will be responsible for assisting in all areas of the swimming program. This person will serve as the recruiting coordinator, along with preparing and coaching practices and competitions, arrange team travel, and create a positive environment.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution plus a minimum of three years playing/coaching experience at the college level; proficient in computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic knowledge of the internet; valid driver’s license and insurability by Colorado College’s motor vehicle insurance carrier; available to work evening and weekend hours and to travel extensively, often by airplane.
