4 Year Degree
The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will assist the Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator in the administration of individual and group strength and conditioning programs for student athletes.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Health Science, Biomechanics, Human Performance, Physical Education, Exercise Physiology or closely related field.
One year of relevant, full-time experience working with men and/or women athletics teams, as an intern or graduate assistant, at the college or professional level.
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
Possess a nationally reputable strength & conditioning certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) or the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA).
Current American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
Valid driver license and ability to travel throughout the country.
