Mount Aloysius College invites applications for a part-time Associate Head Coach for Men’s & Women’s Soccer. The Associate Head Coach is responsible to assist in the coordination of all aspects of the men’s and women’s soccer program including coaching, training, recruitment and retention of student athletes. This position assumes responsibility for management and oversight of student athletes, as assigned by the head coach. Also responsible for development of practice plans and to assist in the coordination, scheduling and leading practices and training sessions. Must comply with NCAA Division III regulations and is subject to NCAA enforcement provisions for violations. Also responsible to comply with the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in sports management, physical education, recreation, health, or related field required. Two (2) years coaching experience required or equivalent combination of coaching and playing experience. Knowledge of NCAA Division III and AMCC rules and regulations strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills also required.
