The Athletics Department at Bryant University invites applications for the 10-month, part-time position of Operations and Facilities Intern. Bryant University is an NCAA Division I program, sponsoring 22 varsity sports, and is a member of the Northeast Conference (NEC). This position reports to the Director of Athletic Operations.
Compensation includes a $10,000 stipend and housing on campus.
The Operations and Facilities intern will assist the Director of Athletic Operations with all game day preparations. The intern will be responsible for overseeing the event management student staff throughout game day set-ups and break-downs.
The Operations and Facilities intern will assist the Director of Athletic Operations with the management of all indoor and outdoor athletic facilities including the daily operation of the Chace Athletic Center. The intern will also be responsible for coordinating the rental of Bryant University’s Athletic fields and facilities. The intern will also be responsible for submitting all work requests for the athletic department and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
The intern must also demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, communication, and productivity as a representative of Bryant University Athletics. This position requires availability on nights and weekends.

Bachelor’s degree plus related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in operations and game management. Previous experience working within an intercollegiate athletic program in game management preferred.
