POSITION:Head Softball Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Superior Athletics. This position is an annual year, limited term appointment.
DUTIES:Responsible for planning and directing the recruitment, conditioning, training, performance, and administration of the softball program in the manner that upholds the philosophy and objectives of the University of Wisconsin-Superior Athletics Department. In addition, support general operations of the Athletics Department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution •Two years’ of professional coaching at the high school level or above in Softball •Valid driver’s license
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: •Master’s degree from an accredited institution •A minimum of two years collegiate coaching experience in Softball. Head Coaching experience preferred. •Demonstrated experience in budget management and fundraising initiatives •Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
