The University of South Alabama is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Assistant Volleyball Coach. This is a full time, 12-month position including benefits. This position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in all phases of a competitive volleyball program in accordance with University of South Alabama, Sun Belt Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Duties also include recruiting and talent evaluation, ability to accept and carry out assigned program responsibilities, superior oral and written communication skills, effective organizational and administrative skills, demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment, proficiency in office computer applications and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama and three years of collegiate coaching/playing experience preferred. Coaches are responsible for adhering to the policies, procedures and regulations of the University of South Alabama, the Sun Belt Conference and the NCAA.
