The principal objective of this position is to assist with the internal operational needs of the Development staff. This includes a focus on data analysis and maintenance, data reporting, and benefits fulfillment.

•Raiser’s Edge (RE) & Paciolan Database maintenance: existing data cleanup, updating contact information and donor accounts, inputting segmentation data and attribute codes, reconciling PAC/RE account information. Focus on data integrity and systematic communication between CRM tools (Salesforce, Domo, etc), athletic ticketing system (Paciolan) and University alumni and donor database (RE). •Reporting: generating solicitation reports for A-Club and Annual Giving, generating event invitation reports for Hall of Champions, generating weekly benchmarking reports, generating reports for the Ticket Sales/Operations staff. •Benefits Fulfillment: oParking: coordinate with Parking and Transportation regarding parking lots, be responsible for game day parking and distributing parking benefits to Wildcat Club members. Overseeing the Ballena selection process for both Football and Men’s Basketball parking. oBenefits: oversee and manage the Wildcat Club benefits program, including car decal, luggage tag, specialty item, and stadium club wristbands. Assist the ticket and marketing teams with the organization of the annual Football and Men’s Basketball ticket booklet mailers. •Donor Recognition: coordinate donor recognition and ensure that recognition is fulfilled. This includes, donor recognition in game day programs, video boards, etc. (excludes major gift capital/naming recognition). •Surveying: create, facilitate and aggregate a minimum of one donor satisfaction survey annually to the Wildcat Club base. •Tax Receipting & Amortization: serve as the liaison to the University of Arizona Foundation gift processing team to assist with tax receipts and benefit amortization processes. •Weekend and Evening Work: weekend and evening work is required. In addition, football game and men’s basketball game attendance is part of the job responsibilities as well as other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree • One year experience working in NCAA athletics development and/or ticket office • Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary • Skill in use of personal computer/software (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Paciolan, Raiser’s Edge) • Knowledge of basic accounting/budgeting procedures • Critical thinking skills as related to understanding quantitative and qualitative data • Skill in developing and maintain good working relationships • Ability to problem solve and make decisions • Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Proficiency in Paciolan and other CRM systems
