Assistant Men’s Basketball CoachLafayette CollegeEaston, PALafayette College, a NCAA Division I institution, invites applications for the position of Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. This full-time, 12 month, administrative appointment includes a competitive benefits package and a salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Assessment and recruiting of appropriate student-athletes with excellent academic background to a NCAA Division I institution.
Assist in scouting and in-season film evaluation and breakdown.
Possess knowledge of and abide by NCAA and Patriot League rules and regulations.
Assist with competitive contests, fundraising, and development activities.
Assist in advising student-athletes.
Work closely with Sports Medicine for the care and prevention of athletic injuries and support the overall drug and alcohol education program for student-athletes.
Assist in continued development of positive public relations with alumni and the community.
Attend department meetings.
Performance of all other duties and special projects as assigned by the Head Men’s Basketball Coach and Athletic Administration.
Assist in the organization and planning of all special events.
