Arizona Athletics is seeking a driven, energetic development officer.The principal objective of the position is to assist the Wildcat Club Development office with major gift donor identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.This is an annually appointed, full-time, benefits eligible position. The position is jointly managed by the Athletics Department and the University Development Program, which is managed under contract by the University of Arizona Foundation. Regularly enter contact reports into Paciolan and Raiser’s Edge •Increase the visibility of Arizona Athletics and the Wildcat Club and provide enhanced customer service to all season ticket holders, alumni and friends through various avenues of communication (e.g. hand written notes, letters, email blasts, etc.) •Attend all home football and men’s basketball games as well as various special events to represent the Athletics Department throughout the year •Assist individuals who are interested in purchasing tickets and/or joining the Wildcat Club •Perform other duties as assigned
•Bachelor’s degree •Two (2) years fund-raising experience or equivalent
