Under the supervision of the Head Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country Coach, assist with the responsibilities of a Division I Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country program in accordance with NCAA, Pac-12, and University of Utah regulations.Responsibilities will include conducting practices, recruiting qualified student-athletes, traveling to competitions and recruiting events, home competition management, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum three years as a collegiate coach and recruiter with an emphasis in sprints, jumps, hurdles, and/or multi events preferred. Knowledge of NCAA rules required. Candidates must be able to work with a diverse group of student-athletes, coaches, and administrators. Candidates must also be able to work flexible hours including some evenings, weekends, and be able to travel as assigned by the Head Coach.
