The Assistant Swimming and Diving Coach will assist the head coach with all aspects of the men's and women's swimming and diving program, and will actively participate in the recruitment of student-athletes, workout plans, meet strategy, fundraising activities, academic monitoring, and mentoring of student-athletes. This is a full time 10-month position with benefits.Job Duties and Responsibilities:•Academic monitoring of current student athletes•Assist in recruiting prospective student athletes•Serve as a role model for student-athletes•Develop positive relationships with students, student-athletes, faculty, staff, and alumni•Adhere to Norwich, GNAC, NEISDA, and NCAA rules and regulations•Assist in practices, competitions, fundraising activities, and program development•Assist in scheduling meets and team travel arrangements Additional Information:Norwich has a diverse student population of 2,300 students, from 45 states and 20 countries.
