The department has approximately 250 administrative & classified employees and hosts over 600,000 spectators annually and represents the University of Oregon in athletic competition with other universities & colleges.Position SummaryResponsible for the management and administration of all phases of the Acrobatics & Tumbling program. Responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the university, Pac-12 Conference and the NCAA.
Professional Competencies • Ability to work effectively with faculty, staff and students from a variety of diverse backgrounds. • Knowledge of NCATA and NCAA rules and regulations. • Safety certified by USAG. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively with faculty, staff and students from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications • Acrobatics and Tumbling coaching Experience • Collegiate routine choreography experience with all female team • Experience coaching advanced tumbling skills
