Washington College, a NCAA Division III member of the Centennial Conference, is accepting applications for a full-time Head Men’s Rowing Coach. The successful candidate will have previous experience coaching varsity level rowing at the college level and be responsible for administering all aspects of a men’s rowing program including but not limited to the recruitment of qualified student athletes; compliance with NCAA and Washington College guidelines; scheduling, organizing and conducting practices and competitions; maintaining rowing equipment; and budget management.

Situated on the scenic Chester River we are an easy driving distance from the major metropolitan areas of Annapolis, Washington, DC, Baltimore and Philadelphia.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. 2-3 years’ coaching experience preferably at the college and varsity levels. Valid driver’s license required as travel is necessary for the position.
