Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining a recruiting program; designing and running all practices; game supervision and execution, overseeing an academic mentoring program; and managing the team's community service. Evening and weekend work will be expected.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; college lacrosse experience; head coach or assistant coach experience; demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license; CPR/AED certification will be required within one month of appointment; and the availability to work evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of NCAA rules; playing or coaching women’s lacrosse, preferably at the Division III level; experience with general game administration duties; Master's degree.
