The position as Assistant Director of Coaching (ADOC) will assist the Director of Coaching to promote, develop, support and help grow soccer programs. The main focus of the ADOC is with the Star Subsidiary Clubs and the Premier program, working to create a healthy playing environment in which players grow individually.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Maintain Weekly Office Hours
Answering emails and phone calls.
Help keep website up to date with coaching player information.
Create Club & Player Blog
Premier Program—Player Development and Implementation of Curriculum (BRSL Representative)
Subsidiary Club Player Development and Implementation of Curriculum
Help oversee partner club relationships under the Star Logo
Weekly Field Hours
Facilitate & Coordinate Star Camps with DOC
Facilitate & Coordinate Star Clinics with DOC
Facilitate & Coordinate Star Winter Training Program with DOC
Facilitate & Coordinate Team Tryouts
Coach a minimum of 2 teams
Participate in all required staff and coach meetings
Assist and promote all club tournaments
Assist with club marketing projects
Propose Strategic initiatives to grow the programs
Will assist in the office with general operations coordinated with the DOC and Executive Director.
Assist with any other duties that the DOC, Executive Director or Board of Directors request.
Must hold a minimum of USSF C License or NSCAA Equivalent.
Have Experience coaching both Boys and Girls
Must possess abilities in time management, organization and office administration.
Available nights and weekends with an interest in a flexible working schedule.
Ability to motivate others around you and work as a part of a team.
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident alien
Must pass a background check prior to employment.
Salary to commensurate with experience. Possible opportunities for bonus incentive.
