Executive, Executive - Associate Athletics Director
The Assistant Director of Athletics for Student Athlete Development, Diversity and Inclusion (Job #1726) is a full-time, exempt position that serves under the general supervision of the Director of Athletics. This role is primarily responsible for oversight of all student athlete development programming.
The Assistant Director of Athletics for Student Athlete Development, Diversity and Inclusion will collaborate with and have a secondary reporting line to the Director of Prevention Education and the Director of Multicultural Life.

Master's degree in related field preferred; Bachelor’s Degree plus commensurate level of experience and training will be considered;
Experience as a college student athlete required;
3-5 years of experience working in college athletics, multicultural life or student leadership preferred;
Commitment to the mission and goals of Muhlenberg College and the Division of Student Affairs;
Strong commitment to and demonstrated skills for working with a diverse student population;
Ability to work autonomously as well as with a team;
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends;
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
Ability to lead and motivate students;
Ability to organize and direct multiple activities simultaneously;
Ability to identify, develop, implement and evaluate new student-related programs;
Ability to work with computers and related software.
