Emmanuel College, located in northeast Georgia, is seeking a full-time Assistant Track & Field Coach to assist with the Men’s and Women’s Track & Field program for the Fall 2017 season.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes but not limited to; recruiting track and field athletes, conducting full practice sessions for track/field team members, team and practice organization, training plan design and implementation, student-athlete character and spiritual development, and training ground design/maintenance. This position does require the maintenance of minimum roster in coordination with Men’s and Women’s Cross Country.
A bachelor degree from a four-year institution is preferred; NRA Safety Instructor Certification or a member of the National Rifle association or National Shooting Sports Foundation a plus. Previous coaching and recruitment experience in shooting competitions and/or teams is strongly preferred. Preference may also be given to candidates who have the ability to move to full-time employment status with the institution as enrollment goals are met.

Pastoral Letter of Recommendation: Needs to be from a current pastor and to include a verification of current church membership/attendance, a description of the applicant’s activity in the local congregation, and an evaluation of the quality of the candidates’ personal commitment to Christ.
