Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, public relations, hospitality or related field. Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a team environment; ability to review and make recommendations to improve processes; ability to design and write targeted mass emails, invitations and letters with the knowledge of donor related genre; working knowledge of Adobe In Design Suite, Photoshop or knowledge of design-related applications to design graphics as required on the job; ability to facilitate events and programs; knowledge of customer relations techniques. Minimum of one year of experience working or managing special events in university or collegiate athletic environment. Commitment to two-year position.
