Assist Head Coach with all phases of competitive Track and Field NAIA program(s). Responsibilities include specific event coaching in track and field of sprints, jumps, hurdles and multi-event student athletes. Assist with recruitment and retention of student athletes. Assist with academic supervision, and fundraising. Assistant Coach will adhere to all rules and regulations of NAIA, Cascade Conference, and Eastern Oregon University. This position reports directly to Head Coach.
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years of successful coaching experience at the collegiate or high school level.
