The Naval Academy Athletic Association has a full time position for a Head Men’s Coach and Director of Club Rugby. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the Club Navy Rugby programs, as well as serve as the Head Men’s Rugby Coach. This individual will provide leadership and direction to the Rugby programs, including oversight of the Women’s Rugby program. Additional Head Coaching responsibilities include practice and game preparation, coordinating team schedules and logistics, managing program budget, and public and donor relations for the programs. Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree, USA Rugby Level 200 Coach Certification, and experience coaching high-level rugby, preferably intercollegiate. This is a contract position with a competitive salary and benefits commensurate with the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
